Project managers are responsible for all aspects of a project from start to finish, including developing and maintaining the project requirements and scope. In addition, they work with engineers, administrators and other business team members to ensure that projects are completed on-time promise, within budget, and meeting or exceeding user requirements.
Daily responsibilities of PM:
As a project manager, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, deliverables, and timeframes from stakeholders.
You may have to agree on priorities with clients and discuss the development of your resources.
You’ll also have to plan your resources and create feasible plans given the available budget.
As another task on your to-do list, you’ll be responsible for communicating key milestones internally and with the client.
External communication includes keeping sponsors informed of progress and dealing with questions or concerns they might have
