I am working in the social sector, driven by the government as procurement manager. My question is how & in which div. should I join as a consultant?

There are a lot of govt fellowships when they work on consulting projects for the govt. You can also work as a CSR advisor and help in the implementation of certain strategies. If you want to service directly to the govt as well there are a few initiatives like samagra consulting.
