Hi Srikanth. If you are unable to crack any interview that tries to understand that what the employer is seeking in a candidate is not what you can offer and to get that please ask the interviewer or the employer feedback even when you have been rejected or practice interview mocks. There might be a few skill sets that they want or they think you are not fit for the job position, but these are all the assumptions until you ask for feedback from the interviewer.
Hi Srikanth, you can start by researching the job that you are preparing for. Look out for skills and training, certifications and educational qualifications that are important for that job! Then research about the company that you are applying to and read about the frequently asked interview questions for that position. Lastly, you can check out seekho for cracking interviews in their career counselling series! Ut is very insightful and great to overcome such barriers.
Hi Srikanth!
A piece of advice from my end would be to start looking at what expertise are you lacking that the employer is looking for.
Once you find where is the gap start learning to add that particular skill to your profile.
For example, if the employer is looking for good excel skills go ahead and do a course on it and add it to your skills as one of your expertise.
This way you'll be a 100% fit for the job you're applying for.
