It takes time to gain the trust of coworkers to get them on board with your ideas because initially they aren’t comfortable or hesitant so you have to make them comfortable with you and this you can do by building informal relations and little leadership skills. Making Mistakes: It’s normal to make mistakes initially but your mistakes don’t go to waste if you learn from them. Time Management: Being able to manage time and to multi-task, you may find it difficult initially but gradually everything falls into place. Disagreeable Coworkers: Sometimes you would not agree with your co-workers and likewise but how you explain your point of view and deal with the disagreements with maturity makes you a really good employee of an organization.
