Roles and Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for recruitment process, employee engagement process, payroll
• Design compensation and benefits packages
• Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
• Monitor HR department’s budget
• Manage payroll process
• Create and run referral bonus programs
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Experience: Freshers

Contract Duration: 2-3 months

Educational Qualification: Preferably MBA in HR
